GridGain shall own all intellectual property and proprietary rights in the training courses and training materials provided to you in connection with your participation in such courses (“Training Materials”). Training Materials and all worldwide intellectual property rights therein, as the same may be amended and/or extended, including the copyright, are wholly owned solely by GridGain, who shall retain all right, title and interest in and to all Training Materials. You shall be entitled to keep and use all Training Materials provided by GridGain to you in connection with your participation in the training courses, but without any other license to exercise any of the intellectual property rights therein, all of which are hereby strictly reserved to GridGain.
