GridGain® Systems offers commercial support for the GridGain in-memory computing platform. Support is also available for Apache® Ignite™ by using the GridGain Professional Edition. Pricing and support options are shown below. GridGain Support subscriptions include access to our support professionals and software updates and an annual license subscription for the GridGain Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate Edition. GridGain Professional Edition Support for Apache Ignite Users

For Apache Ignite users, we provide online and phone support plus an annual license subscription to the GridGain Professional Edition. The GridGain Professional Edition is a binary build of Apache Ignite which includes Apache Ignite, bug fixes which have not yet been released in Apache Ignite, and optional LGPL library dependencies such as Hibernate L2 cache integration and geospatial indexing.

GridGain Enterprise Edition Support

We offer two subscription levels which include an annual license subscription for the GridGain Enterprise Edition. The GridGain Enterprise Edition includes enterprise-grade features which are not available in Apache Ignite or the GridGain Professional Edition including enhanced enterprise-grade security, rolling production upgrades support, multi-data center replication, and more. The Enterprise Edition is for companies using GridGain as an in-memory data grid.

GridGain Ultimate Edition Support

The GridGain Ultimate Edition includes all the security, management and monitoring features of the Enterprise Edition plus backup and recovery features for organizations that use GridGain as an in-memory database, using the Persistent Store feature, in production.
