Convert LocalTime to an array of 4 integers: hour, minute, second, nano of second. This mode is compatible with Kafka Connect KafkaJsonDeserializer and KafkaJsonSchemaDeserializer.

STRING

Convert LocalTime to a string in ISO-8601 format.

KAFKA_TIME

Convert LocalTime to Kafka Connect Time logical type. The underlying representation is an integer representing the number of milliseconds after midnight.
